I also operated a home based business from this home for 22-years. The neighborhood is quiet, & the southeast side location is simply fantastic as a home base for all that our community has to offer. The space
This home has a 600 square foot covered patio which is just amazing for relaxing, reading, dining, sipping on your morning coffee, having a glass of wine or craft beer. There is a brand new BBQ Grill and an entire outdoor kitchen available as well. When we upgraded and had our new kitchen installed we simply took the older kitchen and had it installed outdoors. This was truly a great decision as it is very handy. “This property has a Pet Fee, please speak with owner about this.
“ATTN”, No gatherings or parties are allowed other than the guests who are staying at this property and no more than six additional people for a BBQ or Dinner gathering. Guest access
All of our valued guests have complete access to our entire home and property.
With a six ft high privacy wall, our spacious backyard is very appealing for everyone, especially for families and pets.

Our home has a 600 square foot covered patio equipped with six patio chairs & a round patio table that seats a party of six comfortably. Natural gas grill for cooking, patio/cafe lights for evening dining. This is a 4th vacation rental property here in Tucson & we don’t do anything second rate. We’ve just completed a complete upgrade & remodel of this entire home & property so everything is literally brand new.
